Sloppy Steaks is a working notebook for infrastructure. Proxmox, Docker, Traefik, Zabbix, restic, and the parts of a homelab that only make sense once you’ve broken them twice.

Posts are written when something is still fresh enough to reconstruct — which means they include the wrong turns, not just the fix.

The site is a Hugo build with a hand-written theme. No trackers, no analytics, no webfonts, no JavaScript. The feed is at /index.xml.
